Contax Law are looking for a number of Advertising Paralegals/Lawyers to start as soon as possible for a project to run until at least the end of May next year (9/10 months).

Experience:

·Knowledge of technology, the telecoms industry and convergence

·An understanding of the legal and regulatory framework in which Consumer operates

·Good stakeholder management, influencing and persuading skills

·Ability to question intelligently, challenge rigorously and recommend – with sound business judgment- a course of action to a stakeholder

·Good drafting, communication, stakeholder management, organisation, influencing and persuading skills

 Requirements:

·Demonstrable knowledge of the advertising and/or, technology/telecoms industry

·Qualified solicitor with current practicing certificate

·Expertise in advising on the interpretation and application of the Advertising Standard Authority’s advertising code and guidance
