Nicholas Scott are working with a market-leading US law firm to consider a 2-4 PQE Associate to join their highly respected M&A practice in London. This would give the right associate the ability to work on globally renowned, cross-border M&A in both public and private transactions.

Requirements:

·2 to 4 years’ post-qualification experience in the London market or in a similar common law jurisdiction;

·Broad M&A experience;

·Excellent experience in managing relationships;

·Excellent communication and drafting skills;

·Excellent academics.

The firm would offer a great deal of autonomy in this role. For candidates with a higher level of experienced within this bracket, we would expect those who are successful to be able to supervise and develop talented juniors within the group.
