John is a Director of Nicholas Scott International and Heads the Quantitative Analyst, Structuring and Electronic Trading practice across all asset classes

Prior to joining Nicholas Scott John spent 10 years working for the leading Search firms Execuzen and Tardis Group specializing in Quantitative Analyst, Structuring and Electronic Trading. During this time he has been  involved in successfully completing a large number of assignments for Tier 1 and Tire 2 Investment Banks including notable team moves within UK/Europe and other major financial centres.

John has a LLB in Law from Westminster University

Zany is a Business Development Manager at Nicholas Scott. Zany has over 8 years’ experience working in Investment Banking recruitment in both London and Paris. Prior to joining Nicholas Scott she worked for Singer, Danton and Hamilton, a boutique search firm specializing in Front Office recruitment (Sales, Trading and Structuring) across all asset classes. Before this she was Manager of the City Desk at Robert Walters where she focused on Middle Office/Finance positions.

Zany has a BA (Hons) in Economics from Durham University.

Susan is a Senior Consultant within the Sales Practice, specialising in Interest Rate & FX Products.

Prior to joining Nicholas Scott, Susan worked for London based recruitment firm Goodman Masson where she was Senior Consultant on the Front Office Banking Financial Services desk. Susan focused on clients across Investment Banks, Advisory, Private Equity and Research institutions.

Susan has a Bachelors Degree from Kings College, London.

Michael is a consultant within the Sales practice specialising in Interest Rates & FX Products.

Prior to joining Nicholas Scott Michael spent 10 years working in Financial services recruitment for some of the leading recruitment firms in the City, including Martin Ward Anderson and Robert Walters. He specialised in recruiting into the Investment Management, Private Equity and Alternative Investment sectors. During this time he was responsible for working on a number of retained assignments for many of the leading Financial Institutions in London and has been responsible for the establishment of a number of specialist recruitment functions.

George is a consultant within the Trading Practice, specialising in Interest Rate & FX Products. George joined the trading practice team in 2011 where he works closely with Christian Robbins.

Prior to joining Nicholas Scott, George has worked within the automotive and restaurant industries. He was educated at Exeter University and Salzburg University where he achieved a BA in German.
